Inside Sales / Technical support
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Advise customers on products to use
• Prepare bid solicitations according to customer needs
• Provide information and technical support
• Take initiative to suggest related or substitute products to maximize our offer
• Customer service in general
APTITUDES ET COMPÉTENCES
• Experience in the field of sales and/or customer service
• Experience in the field of industrial automation
• Technical analysis
• Curiosity and desire to improve his/her knowledge in industrial automation
• Desire to take initiatives to achieve or exceed personal goals
• Being committed to providing superior customer service
• Good organizational skills
• Skills in written and oral communication (French and English)
• Min. 3 years of experience in similar position
• Education: College Degree in Electromechanical
